Still unknown

Oura Ring 5

  • Battery life, sensor list and app features: not yet captured from a primary source.
  • How its nightly total sleep time compares with a second device and a sleep diary: needs hands-on testing.
  • Warranty, return policy and data export options.

Ultrahuman Ring Pro

  • Sleep-stage accuracy: reviewers report it is good, but we have not found an independent validation study of the Ring Pro.
  • Whether the $399 Charger Mini bundle is still offered, and whether discounts such as the Ring Air trade-in (up to $115) apply now.
  • Comfort for side sleepers: reviewers describe it as bulkier than rivals; needs our own testing.
  • Current US stock and shipping dates.
Hands-on testing coming soon

We plan to wear both on the same nights, against a sleep diary, and publish the nightly numbers. Until then this page names no winner.
